Led the winning team of a 9-Acre Mixed-Use Redevelopment Competition against 3 major Canadian architectural firms, continued as a lead designer on the project completing the 75% Design Development submission for municipal approval.
Designed and produced digital renderings for over 300,000 sq.ft. of retail, commercial and public amenity spaces to client specifications, city requirements and community recommendations .
